Mr. Ebilate Mac-Yoroki holds a B.Sc in Accountancy from the University of Science and Technology, Port-Harcourt (1984); and a Master’s degree in Strategic Management (2000) from Ogun State University. He is an accomplished stockbroker and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Stockbrokers (FCS). He is also an Associate Member Nigerian Institute of Management (ANIM). He started his career with Akinola Akintunde & Co., a firm of Chartered Accountants (1985 – 1988); where he moved to Wintrust Limited, Lagos – Member of Nigerian Stock Exchange –as Director, Corporate Finance (1988 – 1991). He is a founding Board member of City-Code Trust & Investment Company Limited and he sits on the board of other companies including The Nigerian Stock Exchange. Mr. Ebilate Mac-Yoroki was appointed as the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of CityCode Mortgage Bank Limited in the year 2014. The Bank under his watch has transformed into a global brand.

Mr. Osisanya is a highly resourceful and accomplished Chartered Accountant and Chartered Banker with over 25 years of experience, including in mortgage banking. His career began in 1982 at the National Bank of Nigeria and progressed through roles at United Commercial Bank, Mercantile Bank, and Stallion Homes Savings and Loans. By 2003, he became the GM/CEO of Intercontinental Homes, later First Trust Mortgage Bank, and served as MD/CE of Jubilee Life Mortgage Bank from 2006 to 2015. Since October 2015, he has been the MD/CE of Gateway Mortgage Bank Limited.
A fellow of numerous professional bodies, Mr. Osisanya holds FCIBN (2004), FCA (2009), and F.IOD (2019). He is an alumnus of Lagos Business School and holds an MBA in Financial Management from Lagos State University. His expertise spans corporate organization sectors, including mortgage institutions, product knowledge, structural arrangements, liquidity and risk management, human capital, pension administration, foreign operations, and central account management.
He has earned international certificates in Securitization, Housing Finance, and Mortgage Default Insurance from prestigious institutions like the University of Pennsylvania and Canada Mortgage Housing Corporation. He is married with children and is known for his dynamic and focused leadership.

Mrs. Ruby Okoro holds a B.Sc (Hons) in International Relations with a Second Class (Upper) and an M.Sc in Public Administration, complemented by numerous international certifications in Credit, Risk Management, Investment, and Mortgage Banking. With over 27 years of experience, she has worked in various capacities across local and international banks, including Citibank (Citicorp), FCMB (Nigeria), Bank of Montreal (Canada), and Mortgage Alliance Company (Canada). In Canada, she is a licensed Mortgage and Investment Specialist and is affiliated with professional bodies such as the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA), Alberta Mortgage Brokers Association (AMBA), and Investment Specialist (ISC).
Mrs. Okoro is a member of the Institute of Directors (IOD), Nigerian Institute of Corporate Administration (ICA), Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), and a Fellow of The International Institute of Strategies Development (IISD). Her work is driven by a passion for women's empowerment, economic development in underdeveloped economies, and financial inclusion for the disadvantaged. She was awarded Best Female CEO of a Mortgage Bank in 2021.

Mallam Hayatuddeen Awawal holds a PhD in Business Administration from Commonwealth University, London, and a Master's Degree in Geography/Remote Sensing from FUT Minna. He also has a PDG in Geography from FUT Minna, a BSc in Geography from Nasarawa State University, and an HND in Quantity Surveying from Kaduna Polytechnic.

Korede Adedayo is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of FirstTrust Mortgage Bank Plc. His career began at the West African Examination Council (WAEC) in 1990, before transitioning to the banking sector in 1997 with EIB International Bank (now Polaris Bank Limited). In 2009, he joined First Bank of Nigeria Limited as a Group Head, significantly contributing to the bank's development and pioneering initiatives. He was instrumental in the establishment of Providus Bank.
Adedayo's leadership at FirstTrust Mortgage Bank Plc began in 2018, following FirstBank's divestment from FBN Mortgages Limited. He led the merger between FBN Mortgages Limited and TrustBond Mortgage Bank Plc, resulting in the formation of FirstTrust, Nigeria's largest mortgage bank with a robust capital base and assets. At Guardian Express, he held several key positions, including Group Head of Telecoms and Technology and Chief Financial Officer. In 2006, he was appointed Deputy Managing Director and COO of Spring Mortgage Limited after its merger into Spring Bank Plc. Dr. Obaleye is the President of Angel Partners Limited (APL), a business angel investment company specializing in consulting, business turnaround management, investment, real estate partnership, and project finance. He also serves as the Group Executive Director of Adkan Services Nigeria Limited, which oversees 18 subsidiary companies spanning Real Estate, Financial Institutions, Agro-Allied sectors, and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG). One notable subsidiary is Infinity Trust Mortgage Bank Plc (ITMB), where Dr. Obaleye held the position of Managing Director/CEO from 2004 to 2021.
His involvement with ITMB began at its inception in 2002, leveraging his extensive banking experience dating back to 1990. Prior to joining ITMB, he worked with Afribank Nigeria Limited, Midas Bank, and Societe Bancaire. His nearly three-decade-long career began in 1994 at the Excel Professional Centre, Ibadan, where he served as Registrar and Head of Administration while lecturing in financial disciplines. Adedeji's professional journey includes significant roles such as Audit Officer at Aneni Dairo and Co. in 1998, and Operations Manager at Chartered Bank plc from 1999 to 2005, where he was the pioneer Operations Manager of an award-winning branch. His expertise in business management expanded during his time in management consulting at B. Adedipe Associates Limited and RMS Investment Trust Limited from 2005 to 2006.
In 2010, Adedeji joined The Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS) as Director/Head of Education and Training, where he significantly enhanced examination and training standards. He later served as Acting Registrar and CEO in 2013 and as Registrar and CEO from 2014 to 2021, a position he held with excellence and distinction.
