Mr. Richard Olubameru, MD/CEO Holds a Masters in Banking & Finance (MBF) from the University of Lagos. He commenced his banking career in 1988 with Eko International Bank Plc before he joined Haggai in 1995 as Group Head Investment & Corporate Banking and he was appointed CEO in 2000. He has undergone various managerial/executive courses/trainings in Lagos Business School, Wharton School of Business, Pennsylvania, USA and Witts Business School, South Africa.

Kenechi Nwagbo is a Lawyer, Chartered Secretary and HR practitioner. She graduated from the University of Nigeria Nsukka in 2001 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2003. She obtained a Master of Law (LLM) degree in 2010 from the University of Lagos. She started her career with the law firm of Abuka & Partners in 2005 and before her current appointment as Company Secretary/ Legal Adviser/ Chief Compliance Officer in Jubilee-Life Mortgage Bank. She was the Company Secretary/Legal Adviser, Head Human Resource & Administration at Solid Trust Savings and Loans Ltd. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the International Bar Association. She is also an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, (UK), the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria and a member of Society for Corporate Governance. Kenechi has attended several training to boost her competence which includes Effective Implementation of whistle blowing in Banks & other financial Institutions, Company Secretaries & Board Effectiveness (Society for Corporate Governance of Nigeria), Regulatory & Policy Compliance Management (Global Compliance Limited) among others.

Adeniyi A. Akinlusi holds a B.SC (Accounting) degree from the University of Ilorin and M.B.A (Marketing) from the University of Lagos. He is a Fellow (FCA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants’ of Nigeria (ICAN), Fellow (FCTI) of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), Fellow (FICA) of the Institute of Credit Administration (ICA) and Honorary Senior Member of The Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (H.C.I.B). He is an alumnus of Harvard Business School (Boston, U.S.A), Institute of Management development (Lausanne, Switzerland) and Lagos Business School (Lagos, Nigeria). He has also benefitted from leadership training in other top international business schools such as the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania), I.E.S.E Business School (Navarra, Spain), and London Management Centre, (London, England). A multiple award winning Banker, Adeniyi Akinlusi is a versatile, self and result driven professional with over 20 years extensive experience in leadership positions in banking, strategic leadership, corporate turnaround and transformation. Adeniyi Akinlusi is currently the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of TrustBond Mortgage Bank Plc (formerly Intercontinental Homes Savings & Loans Plc). His entrepreneurship skills were horned with the transformation of Partnership Savings & Loans Limited to Intercontinental Homes Savings & Loans Plc (now TrustBond Mortgage Bank Plc). He is currently the President/Chairman of Council of the Mortgage Banking Association of Nigeria (MBAN). He is married with children.

Femi, who is the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Homebase Mortgage Bank Limited, started his Banking career in 1992 at Guaranty Trust Bank Plc, and worked in three (3) other banks in areas covering Telecoms and Technology, Branch Management, Brand Development, Strategy, Treasury, and as Chief Financial Officer, before moving to the Mortgage Banking Sub-sector as a Chief Executive Officer in 2004. He is a Fellow (FCA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, a Fellow (FCTI) of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, an Honorary Senior Chartered Banker (HCIB) of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, and also an Associate of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, USA. He had concluded his DBA (Doctor of Business Administration) programme at the Cranfield University, United Kingdom, in Economics and Finance, and holds two (2) MBA degrees, one of which is from the Lagos Business School. He had attended several other foreign universities for short courses, and these include courses at Cranfield University, United Kingdom, INSEAD University, Abu Dhabi Campus, IESE Business School of the University of Navarra, Spain, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China, National University of Singapore, Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, Canada Mortgage & Housing Corporation, World Bank Head Office, Washington D.C., USA, etc. He is the Immediate Past President of the Mortgage Banking Association of Nigeria (MBAN) having concluded two terms from Years 2013-2017 and had served on the National Executive Council of the Association for Nine (9) years in various capacities, including as prior to that, as Deputy President (West), and as Chairman and Member of Sub-Committees of MBAN

Mr. Obaleye, is the Managing Director/ Chief Executive of Infinity Trust Mortgage Bank Plc. He studied Management and Accounting at the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He holds a Master Degree in Business Administration, with specialization in financial management from the University of Abuja. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM), the Nigeria Institute of Cost Management (NIMC) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He started his banking career with Afribank in 1991 and later proceeded to Midas Bank Plc, and Societe Bancaire Nigeria Limited before he joined Infinity Trust Savings and Loans Ltd (Now Infinity Trust Mortgage Bank Plc) in 2004. He at various times, had worked and headed all aspects of Banking Operations from Tellering, Reconciliation, Clearing, Customer Services, Internal Control, Marketing to Branch Management. His passion for details and untiring quest for efficient and value-added service delivery has won him accolades from his employers. He had attended various seminars, workshops, conferences, courses both nationally and internationally; and presented papers on diverse fields (Finance, Banking, Mortgage, Leadership, Capacity Building, Housing delivery etc). He was an MBAN delegate to the International Conference on Collaborative Workshop on Mortgage and Housing Finance held in Canada in the spring of 2009. He is an alumnus of Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, USA. Mr. Obaleye plays golf and once held the position of Competition and Caddy Secretary of IBB International Golf & Country Club. He is currently the Public Secretary and a Member of Council of the Mortgage Banking Association of Nigeria (MBAN).
